Philip Crosby Philip Crosby was a film director for ITT Corporation for 14 years until 1979 when he unresolved his own company called Philip Crosby Associates. Philip Crosby Associates was an international consulting firm on quality improvements for businesses. Crosby defined quality as accordance to requirements and was known for his theory of zero faultings management and prevention.
